Democrats offer up the corporatist agenda so dear to the hearts of Republicans-- and Republicans refuse to vote for it!rmwarnickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10948594032787232166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7241344599367523903.post-60166962035983392502010-03-20T15:49:37.263-06:002010-03-20T15:49:37.263-06:00That is a very interesting post that you linked to...That is a very interesting post that you linked to, to say the least. I note it says why you "believe" that it is unconstitutional, and then you call it an unconstitutional bill as a statement of fact in your second post. I may seem that I am mincing words, but there is an important distinction between "believing" something is true and saying that it "is" true as a statement of fact. Do you see what I mean?

President Barack Obama is an attorney who graduated from Harvard Law School, who taught a class in constitutional law at the University of Chicago. Now don't you think that a person of his education and knowledge of the constitution would know whether or not the health care bill he is supporting is in fact unconstitutional as it is written?

This is not to mention the number of Democratic congressmen and congress women who are also attorneys and well conversant in constitutional law.

It would seem to me that the collective knowledge and experience of these people who are law makers and attorneys who have actually studied constitutional law would lend more credibility to their position that the law they have crafted and support is indeed constitutional, than say the views of a handful of conservatives who are lacking in that education and experience.

That said I am sure that "Unconstitutional" phrase looks impressive on your Code Red Rally Signs along with the rest of your slogans that are unsupported by any real facts that are so effective in stirring the passions of the red blooded, red meat, red state, code red, red faced, better red than dead, tea bagging, real patriot, Limbaugh loving, Palin pining, folks at your rally. Knock yourself out having fun with your like minded friends And remember, it doesn't even need to be true, if it sounds good and shouting it makes the viagra unnecessary.JBThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09569905581793449700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7241344599367523903.post-46836287098463609652010-03-20T15:12:08.873-06:002010-03-20T15:12:08.873-06:00jbtsax:
